Dear sir,

My name is Ashwin, doing MBA & I hail from Bangalore.

I am directed by Mr Sanjay, SAMSUNG electronics, to visit and express my concern.

I purchased SAMSUNG E5 on 31st January 2015 at SAMSUNG café at Kengeri, Bangalore, through Bajaj fiancé for 12 months.

There was a problem with my handset as speaker getting feeble and was not able to hear clear voice from outsider. On 1st of May 2015, was not able to hear from outsider and rushed to the Café at Kengeri (where I had purchased). He asked me to send it for service.

I went to give the handset for service at Vandana service cetnre, at Vijaayanagar, Bangalore (authorized centre, SAMSUNG). I handover the handset (took out the memory and sim card) to one of the engineer. Engineer to tried to open the handset, by pin on the top, and then he asked me to call and come to pick up handset.

I got a call and went to service centre, I was shocked to hear that speaker has spoiled and even PC board damaged, for this asked me to pay Rs 8000/- for rectification.

I have asked im to keep it with them and came back.

Now, I would request you to please get me replacement. I respect Samsung very much, because I worked with SAMSUNG bet. 2009 to 2013, and left for higher studies.
