Dear Concerned,
This is to inform you that I have taken a split AC in 2003 dec. 1.5 ton. From the very first day, its prformance is very poor. after making complaint got informed that gas is empty. After refilling, it worked for few months then the same problem occured. Again refilled, worked for some time now facing the same problem as confirmed by the authorised service provider. Pls help & look after the matter on urgent priority basis.
