Respected senior officer,
Today was my 7th apponitment in passport seva kendar situated in guru nanak mission chowk ..the whole staff of this area is very very bad .. the senior officer is not at all co-operatable ... no way of talking ... giving daily excuses in making our passport ... saying daily that u cannot make yours passport u r not an adult .. sir I am 17 year old and this june I would be 18 .. can u you tell me that under adult does not have right to make passport ? What kind of thing is this ... totally undeniably.... too bad staff .. I request you to kindly take action regarding this .
