regarding gas bottel sub sidy

my consumer no-600273,i have submitted all document for gas subsidy,also summit the bank a/c but subsidy amount to be not created in my account,03/04/2015 i have to pay 750 rs for refiling cylinder charge,so plz do the needful as per your possibilities subsidy.
