I bought 1 garment on 22.11.2021 for my daughter from a retail chain shop, namely, One Centre, situated on L P Advani Road, Asaman, Surat and returned it back within an hour as the size was not a proper fit to her. The seller refused to pay the refund and kept the bill and the garment with them.

The manager said that it's not their policy in any circumstances. But, at the same time, he refused to give such statement in written to me.
