Beware of this consumer court judges will give biased descision without even touching your file. Lawyers and judges will extend the case for 3 years and after that at the time of argument they will only listen to lawyer points total argument time 5-6 min max. You will be having physical proves but this place working system is so garbage that they will not even touch or see what you have submitted. Don't waste your time at this place they are very clever they are highly professional gangs who use to exploit consumers and companies for their own benifit. Consumer will get nothing they will extend case to get money out of company pocket for every hearing. Privatization is compulsory in our country to remove such irresponsible people with outdated knowledge from their position.
