Problem with Lenovo Idaepad Z580, model 20135 hinges

I had purchased Lenov Ideapad Z580, model - 20135 on 05.11.2012 and under warrantee upto 03.11.2015. Offlate some serious problem with hinges joining key board & screen have cropped out due to which facing problem in opening / closing of the laptop. We had contacted the laptop at your Lenovo service centre at sector - 22, Noida (WIPRO INFOTECH) but they are saying that this would cost Rs 11500/- for rectification however my laptop is still under waarantee. Please look into the matter and resolve my problem as the laptop is still under warrantee.
