Pick up and Drop at Nagpur Airport

Its really a chaotic situation outside Nagpur Airport due to no system in place to facilitate the pick up and drops for the passengers. One lane is fully occupied by the Govt vehicles and the narrow space available is occupied by the pvt cars without any rules or discipline. The big luxurious cars BMWs, Mecs and Audis are parked for lot of time at the arrival gates waiting for their so called Top Brass bosses without considering the problems a common man can face. There is enormous honking going on and long ques to enter the airport. Its impossible for a wheelchair passenger to enter the airport. I have seen so many airports in the world but not seen this huge a chaos anywhere. What we need to do is make angular bays for dropping and pickups and keep rest of the space clear for passing vehicles. This i had seen at Beijing Airport and it works absolutely fine. Pls look into this problem and resolve for good. We are proud citizens of Nagpur and wish to make changes for good. Thanks and regards
