Phone over heating and battery back

I had purchased Lenovo A 6000 vide order no: OD 102049874588730600 dt 11/02/15,the phone is worked for 2 months fine, all off a sudden the phone over heating and battery is discharging, I had contacted Lenovo service center at HCL Infoc tech, Begumpet vide complaint no.SRIN 2841504160003 dt 16.04.15 and they told the problem is Mother Boardand they are going to replace the samebut on 25.04.15 they had just changed the battery and returned the phone, on 26.04.15 while phone charging it is given the following problems 1) Phone is over heating like any thing while like charging 2) Phone is discharge with in hours 3) Phone is over heating like any thing while taking for more than 02-03 minutes. I am fearing to keep the phone in my pocket while driving with over heat and it is requested to look into the mater and replace with new phone if possible
