Sir I booked ticket from Allahabad to pune on the date of 1/4/2015 whose transaction Id is 100000202690579 But reservation not happend and it had failed but I don't rec Amount Which has deducted and amount is rs. 3419.94 but ur system shows refund of this amount on the date of 4/4/2015 but I don't rec. So pls refund my amount
