Not receiving GAS cylinders even after booking

Dear Team,

It has to bring to your notice that since last two to three months we are facing problems in receiving the gas cylinder even after booking through IVR services provided.

We have to keep on visiting the agency office for the status of the cylinder that is booked.

Request you to look into this matter at the earliest.
