not handed the gas voucher and riffile book

I have transferrd my gas connection from sadhaura distt yamuna nagar to herbertpur against t v.no.8005819781dt.25/03/15.Agency gave me a regulator and 2 cylinder on 01/04/15.and told me to collect my documents with in a week. Till then i am regularly going to agency about the query of my gas documents but not finding satisfactory answer from agency staff.i am an ex.serviceman and a senior citizen.kindly look into the matter
