Not get cylinder

I, Abhijit Chatterjee live in Sukanta Nagar, Po- Kalyan Nagar, Khardha , Kol-112. I had change my living address, similarly I had submitted all details of my new address to GAS distributer (Abhijit Enterprise, Khardha). Then I booked GAS cylinder on 31st March, booking No- 820184. I get delivery massage 5th April cash memo No- 3000000914 but I don't get any Gas cylinder, I surprises that I get subsidy amount in my A/C & realize that my booking cylinder already sell the other one. After that again I submitted all documents & booked gas cylinder on 18th April booking no- 840291, same I get Delivery massage on 21st April cash memo no-3000028941. But still now I don't get any Gas cylinder. I request to you, please solve the issue.
