not delivering gas cylinder at time

respected sir, i have fulfilling all the requirement but indo gas service at anand not delivering the gas at time. and also they say that at saturday and sunday gas will be not delivered. but they have to give facility of provide cylinder for whole the week.This incidence not occur one time but it occurs five times so i am complaining for that.
