Whether you will entertain / accept and complaint against Silchar Develpment Authority, Silchar as they have allowed construction on a disputed plot of land when I have filed civil suit and pending in the court of law. I have also lodged complaint in time with them after paying necessary fees as per their norms. If yes, please send a mail informing the procedure, so that I can send details as per your requirement.
