My consumer number is CX 21173187, cylinder was delivered on 08/04/2015 under cash memo no. 3000005678.
Subsidy linking with Bank -United Bank Of India , SBDO DumDum Branch , Kolkata-74 was done on 02/04/2015 and requisite form with all supporting Adhar, VI Card ,Bank details with IFSC code etc. were received by your office on 02.04.2015 under proper acknowledgement. Unable to understand why such delay in linking, please look into.
