Consumer no. 5939 which belongs to my father, Sankar Kumar Jana (Advocate), has booked a gas cylinder with ref no. 355456 on 31.03.2015 which you confirmed by a confirmation sms & a further sms by your concerned authority that cash memo 3000010020 generated for booking no. 355456 shall be delivered shortly has been forwarded tomy father's registered mobile no on 21.04.2015.
But no service has been made by your concerned authority. You know you're obligatory for providing service to customer duly. Immediately take action in this regard.
