New Connection applied and not giving connection without any reason.

Please refer the complaint dt 30.4.15 also.

After so many persuasion person visited our home on 9.5.15 , because we paid Rs250/-(Two hundred fifty)as inspection of Hot Plate.

We are old perso so having hot plate also old, but working Ok.
Now dealer is insisting to have new hot plate then only they will release the new connection.
If company wants that we should waste money then ok. Please release the connection without fail.
