I have purchase a Lenovo smart phone on December 2013 which model no-A369i, Black color. Now this phone is a big problem. The problems are given below:-
1. The mobile phone is automatically switch off and manuali restart.
2.sound problem ( while incoming call I receive then the sound is very slow)
Plz let me know the solution of my problem.
