Dear Sir ,


I have purched a Mobile from LAVA Company Model MAGNAUM X604 on 05/04/2015 ,but it is not working in the next day , I Have gone to the service center G3Telecommunication,Plot no - 12,Ashok Nagar,Bhubaneswar,Orissa, they have said me that it will take 15 days but as per the rule they have to Give me the DOI, so that I can replaced it from the shope,Till 45 days I have not got the mobile they harassed me many time I have talk with the ASM ,ORISSA , also he say me the same thing. I have purchred it from Pantaloon , E-ZONE,Bhubaneswar,orissa, I have gone to them also they have said me that u brought the DOI so that we will replace a new set to u, Please help me out ,
