gave a matrimonial add online through www.releasemyad.com for three newspapers i.e. The Tribune, Dainik Tribune and Punjabi Tribune but on the said date add was not published on scheduled date i.e. 9.05.15 it was not published by you and I contact on 9th may to your customer care no.he advised me wait till monday i.e. 11.05.15 we will give the reason and the solution but till today (monday 3.50pm)i have not received any call or message. pl. tell me atleast reason or solution of my problem. This is not fair.
