get notice bt already submission of birth certificate

last year i was applied for a passport, there was a issue about birth certificate that i was need to submit again, i also receive a notice letter from passport office, after 2-3 days i was submit my certificate. After that i received my passport. But now i have again receive a notice letter against last year notice letter.
What to do i need help please suggest?
