Extremely poor service /customer care

We have an hyundai i10 for many years now. Excellent car but the service center at desom is very poor. The lack good customer service. Recently I had a problem with my a/c. The car was in their service center for almost a week because they did not have the right part and they had to order in from bombay. understandable, but every time I call they keep saying it's shipped will be here by tomorrow afternoon. This kept going for almost a week. Finally the parts arrived. Then they said they don't have the machine to refill the a/c gas. Seriously? ?? After a week this is what I get . I had to take it outside then . The guy was super nice he said ac filter was broken he fixed every thing in 4hrs .

I'm also complaining mgf hyundai. The no care attitude is going on for years. My brother did go back TO speak with the manager and his response was we don't know anything. Like really ?? No apologies what so ever. I am not going back there anyway but I want the other customers and also the head office to know what I have experienced and if this keeps going they will loose lot of good business.
