I have booked a cylinder against consumer no. 57722541from my register mob no (9992424641) on dt 29/04/15.. My aadhaar no. 588525748251is also submited to agency. Still delivery ges cyl is not done causing huge problems. Pls treat it urgent & do the needfull.
