Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that I had booked cylinder through net for refill on 18.04.2015 vide booking reference No. 396078116, order No. 19107. Ten days has already been passed but the refilled cylinder yet not received. My cylinder is over & there is no means of cooking food at my home. Kindly arrange to deliver my cylinder at an earliest.
