I ordered mobile phone and when i received it i was really shocked when i saw that battery was already fitted in the phone which could be very hazardous and is very unsafe way of packaging and moreover the battery is malfunction toothe battery is charging within 15 minutes and then discharging completely in 1 hour .
please replace the phone as soon as possible.

i have already send the defective mobile phone to company
( 16/06/2016) which company has confirmation of they have received it. It date there is no positive reply from their side i am fade up taking follow up from them and it is harassment and waste of my time and money taking follow up now and then about the phone/refund.



As i have discussed with your good self pls. look in the matter and for your ready reference i have enclosed herewith some mail i have received from company.
