Sir,
I am Rathindra Nath Paul(R.N.Paul)My consumer no 5051 and my distributor code is 79130761 Distributor
Ph no-0371221244.I want to apply subsidy against my consumer no due to which on 18.12.2014 i apply it and submit my form to the said distributor.After waiting many days and follow the instruction to call to the said no to verify my consumer no i did not get any response i go to the distributor.Here i came to know that the process was not completed due to my different address of my Consumer passbook and Bank Passbook.So they suggest me to put an affidavit regarding this matter.So with my document when i reach there on 11.4.2015 they told me that my consumer no showing disconnected.Now they suggest me to go to Guwahati and have to verify from there.And they also told me that my consumer no is discontinued for many days.Now i want to confirm from you what type of document require to continue it and what is the process by which i can continue my consumer no,please help me regarding this matter.As i know that if my consumer no was discontinue many days left then how they receive my form against the same no.So please help me
