I am a CA Final Student who is taking Direct Tax Classes for CA Final from Vinod Gupta Learning Destination(VGLD). Before I had paid for the batch, it was informed to the students that the coaching teacher, CA Vinod Gupta, will finish the classes by 25th-27th Nov'19. Surprisingly, batch doesn't seem to be over before 15th Dec'19 at all. Upon contacting VGLD over mail, no response was served. When I contacted CA Vinod Gupta, he informed that batch cant be finished before 30th Nov'19 as per ICAI notification. But there is no notification as such issued by ICAI on their website. He along with his team have always tried to extend the batch for long which damages the preparation schedule and timing of other coaching putting a serious impact on student's career. The reason I am filing a complaint is because I was served with a wrong reason for extension of the batch.
