I received my mi A1 phone on 03-02-18, it had display issues the from the second day, registered a complaint on 08-02-2018 with xioami but till no I recieved no reply from xioami and to my surprise after calling them today one of their representatives told me it's 11th day of purchase and they can't provide a replacement now while still confirming that I had called and registered the complaint on 08-02-2018.
Kindly help in this regard

    Hi Amin Sheikh. Do you have your call history with you that you made a call to xiaomi customer support. Attach all those proofs and sent the email to xiaomi. I can provide you the escalation email directly if you dont get response.
