Battery problem for Airtyme Deigo Tablet

It is regretted to note no one is paying attention towards my complaint regarding Airtyme Diego Tablet,for which I already intimated that battery of tablet is not working & I require new battery,neither you are intimating compatible make/model of battery nor providing address of service center,after sale service is very poor I once again request you to see in the matter and solve the issue.
