BATTERY NOT REPLACE COMPLAINT TO AMARON BATTERY

I have purchase one Amaron battery on date 28 July 2016 from Add-on service shop,plot no-5 basuaghai tankapani road ,Bhubaneswar but unluckily this battery not given back up .on date 22 Nov 2017 ,so that i have hand over this battery to owner of add on service on date 23 nov 2017 ,In this way he has pass way 6 month .on date 23 April 2018 owner of add on service over phone says that amaron company not replace your battery . after that i have send mail to amaron company and also speak to Rasananda babu who is the working in amaron company ,till i have not received any positive feedback from amaron company .so i requesting you please help me .
