Amount diduct from my Syndicate bank account

My concern is that i have an bank account in Syndicate bank, and in 22 april 2000 rs. diduct from my account via ATM..But bank says that this is not our fault we are not responsible for this. And the location of transaction is Mumbai But i live in Ghaziabad Utter Pradesh. So please suggest me what i do immediately.....
