they are not repair my phone. i am subit my phone 23-04-2016 but they are not repair till today

    Dear Sir,

    I Barun gupta had purchased a Micromex mobile Dodle 3 A102 from The mobile store Limited Moti Nagar New Delhi in the month of May 27,15.

    As per the law after 10 months of purchase the mobile have speaker problem then I am going to micromex service center for reapairing(date 30-04-2016) he says i have reapaired you mobile with in 21 days
    from your Company, but I am still waiting for my mobile .I have made many visits to
    the micromex service center office but no response from their side.In the month of Mar16 they told me
    that my mobile is under process and wait for 24 days

    I had spoken to micromex custumer care but there are
    also not giving me any answer.

    I would request you to kindly look into the matter.
