Refusing to issue a bill citing third party dependence

I purchased an LG Aircon on 30th December from YashShree,Wakad Pune.

Since then I have had major problems in installation.Earlier I was told by LG installation engineer that core cutting installation charges would be free for particular model (hot & cold 2 tonne inverter Aircon)but after a day I was told, I had to pay 120 rupee per inch of core cutting while installation which I agreed to pay if I received a bill.

LG service team told me that it would not be possible to issue bill as they depend on third party for core cutting while installing an air conditioner..

Now my installation is stuck as LG service team refuses to issue a bill citing third party dependence and I am demanding a bill.

I have no option but to file complaint in consumer court.THEY REFUSE TO ISSUE BILL
Mails sent to their top management( Mr. KI Wan Kim and Mr. Bon Joon Koo) are going unanswered.
