Not giving refund after 60 days

On August month I took service from gtpl and I paid 6000 rs as per conversation with their agent internet service was about to start within 1 week from the payment but even after 2 weeks they were not able to start internet service. So I cancelled the service ans initiated refund process. As per their policy it will take 45 days.Today it is 60 days itself and I went to gtpl head office Surat but they didn't give me refund cheque.
