Medlife — Refund has not done for the returned medicines for order# OR8989BSB-003A and OR8989BSB-001

For the below two order number's i have raised return requests on 29th July 2020 and today is 14th August, almost 16 days now but still my refund has not been initiated yet. Although the return pickup has done on 6th August and the it reached to your warehouse on 8th August itself. Find the attached snapshots for your reference. Not sure what is the reason return has not intiated yet. Requesting you to initiate the refund asap. I have to get total Rs: 1712 from medlife. As it's huge amount i am not sure what to do.
