Cheque bounce, We have paid advance of Rs. 10000 for booking of 3+2 Sofa sets

We have paid advance of Rs. 10000 for booking of 3+2 Sofa sets, vide invoice no. 359 on 2nd October 2018. As per your promise, goods should be deliver within 5-6 days. However, they have not delivered goods on time as well as after given deadline as per our conversation. Finally, they have agreed to return back our advance and issued cheque of Rs. 10000/- vide chq no. 106223 dtd. 05/01/2019.

The cheque was duly presented to the Drawee Bank but payment has been unfortunately refused by the Drawee Bank with the endorsement “Funds not sufficient” on 08/01/2019.
