Water purifier is not working for more than a month

I have purchased RO water purifier REVIVA NXT from your authorized retail partner Gangotri Enterprises in June-2020.
For the last one and half months, the water purifier is not working properly. And it was reported by one of their executives in the first week of April, that its motor is not functioning properly and is to be replaced and assured me to replace it within a week.
It is very disheartening to say that, I raised a complaint in the month of April-2021 followed by multiple calls and repetitive request to their customer care executive for resolving the issue at the earliest but the same is still pending to be resolved and now from 21.05.2021, the water purifier has completely stopped working and my family is suffering for drinking water.
But every time their customer care executives have forwarded the complaint to your Service partner in Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh, who is also not responding to multiple calls made by me.
They all have only one excuse that due to Covid-19 and lockdown there is a delay in services. But the delay of more than one month is not justified as there are restrictions but home services are still being provided by all companies.
After waiting for more than a month to get my complaint resolved, on 22.05.2021, I wrote a mail to deepa.customercare@eurekaforbes.com but here again, I only got an assurance of resolving my problem and nothing else, and my family is still suffering for drinking water from 21.05.2021.
During this pandemic time, we just can not go anywhere to arrange drinking water plus this is summer when we consume drinking water more than in any other season.
There are a total of 10 members in my family including children and oldies who are at major risk in this crisis time and my family is suffering at home for drinking water.
As company has failed to provide warranty services I request you to order the company to refund my money.
