So many charge in credit card, rbl bank not further any information about charges

R/s have rbl credit card no 5256118850113614 .The rbl bank not further any information about charges.They always send me a text msg about new minimun due .But,i call the call center they have no give me a detail.I have mail to CEO of RBL bank and the reply from madam,"the due amount is Rs 1300 ,they add annual charges tax and another charges".So i have complained the bank is froud with me .i have spoke to bank person to please dactivate my card but they says "you should pay full and fianl payment then we deactivate your card" . They are harrasing me .Please take action aganist them .Please claim me mentally tourcher .
