Reliance communications stopped services of CDMA and started 4G services

Reliance communications stopped services of CDMA and started 4G services & Gave offer to me for Rs:899(4G Dongle) device and had informed that plans will remain unchanged.
My plan on dongle CDMA was Rs:999/- truly unlimited plan but they changed my plan to without informing me and also now they say that its not possible for them to provide same plan but it was just a plan to get the customers to 4G so they cant help.

My actual plan with tax Rs:1148 but for 5 days after 4g migration my bill is Rs:7150 but my credit limit is Rs:3500/-

Please look into the matter as they have cheated almost 1 lac customers with their cheap trick.
