Not resolving problem

I am using broadband service from AIRLINK.

From last 4 months they have not provided service for more than 3 months, In spite of daily complains they are neither resolving problem nor returning money so we can take service from other service provider.

Since most of things are digitalised it's very very difficult to manage day to day routine work. Middle class person like us can not forgo money and take service from other broadband person.

From 16th Jan hardly one month service is provided by airlink
