Not provide warranty services with in time

I purchase whirlpool ac whose compressor warranty is 10 year. Now may 10th it's not working and in 11th may I called to company they came and take the part.as per company it take 4 to 5 days. But 10 days passed no body came for services. Even I call local whirlpool service center they told after 31st may engineer will come. Ie after 21 days they provide service. This is the volition of services by company.i want to reverse the AC if they are not able to provide services.
