Dear sir ,
I have already submitted our complaint to S.D.O , Ballia & J.E in hard copy before three months.Now my bill amount is 3762/- INR for three months.My consumer no. is 11730031765 and Account no. is BAL/HSN - 367 , Area - rural.
So, therefore you are requested to please solve my problem and fix a tested meter.
