Incorrect product received and TataCLiQ is not refunding my money

Hi team, I really need your help.During this COVID-19 where govt has requested not to go out hence I ordered a USB cable from TataCLiQ. But received EarPods which is not required to me. I was asked to send images of Wrong product via email (electronics.Returns@tatacliq.com) or what’s app at 8657566287. But they are not refunding my money nor sending me my actual product.
I have called so many times but received information from their Customer support team as they have registered my complaint.I received complaint number as 4009595460 and 4009626625.
