how to turn of safe mode into Samsung galaxy model SM A7OOFD

Sir,I have bought a Samsung galaxy model SM A7OOFD on 01.05.2016.Now the problem is that every time SAFE MODE option is enabled and my all down load apps like WhatsApp, share it etc are automatically disabled.thus why I can't use the phone properly after every attempt.please let me know how to turn off the SAFE MODE option.
