Hotel Room Denied against Confirmed Booking (Booking Id : HTLDVAW3YKJRADSG) - Req. Refund Immediatel

Dear Support Team,
As discussed Mr.Shivam in your team in a telecon on 7th March 2023, the Hotel "Treebo Trend Subham SR Nagar, Hyderabad" denied to provide a room against my Confirmed Booking through Goibibo (Booking Id : HTLDVAW3YKJRADSG).
Immediately after the telecon, I replied to his email providing the Screenshot of my booking and requested to initiate the Total Refund of the Amount Paid by Me Rs.3098/- (Rupees Three Thousand and Ninety Eight only).
When I went to the hotel on 24th Morning around 11.30am, the Hotel Denied to provide a room, mentioning that there are payment issues with Goibibo!
Later, the Hotel offered to provide a room if I am ready to pay Rs.3000/- directly to the Hotel. Since I was in a hurry and no hotel nearby, I had no other option except to checkin by paying the amount again.
After my followup emails on 8th & 9th March, Mr.Shivam replied on 9th March “We are working on your case but revert is pending from hotels and after getting the revert we will call you.”
The reply from Goibibo to my email on 11th March was as follows :
Dear kurapati,
There will be a short delay in your scheduled call back for your Domestic Hotel booking with ID HTLDVAW3YKJRADSG. We assure you we will connect with you very soon. Please accept our apologies.

Later, I received only an auto responder to my email on 16th March.
It is already over two months since I had been waiting for the refund. In view of the above mentioned facts, I request you to make a complete refund to my account immediately. I am available on 9989744186 on Gpay & Phonepe.
If you fail to comply with my request, I will be compelled to take legal action through the Consumer Commission for the Refund + Compensation for the mental agony.
