HI, This is Vivek Kumar Jha.
I bought a sim card from Dealer(Paras Gallery, Loni, Ghaziabad)
telling him my requirement and the size of SIM on 11-04-2016.
He handed me a SIM card which was expired and i couldn't recognize it.
Also he said me certain plans which were given on the new connection.
Later on i got a different SIM today(16-04-2016) which got activated and a different number,
as the first SIM which i have bought was expired.
On seeing the chip size of the new SIM,
I found that it was bigger and could not be
modified to be fit in the slot of my phone which
i am using for an year now. Also the plans which the
dealer told me were not provided to me. When i went to
the Aircel Store located at Indrapuri, Loni (Querying for my problem), the staff
told me that the SIM would be replaced for a cost of Rs. 50/- .
Now my question is what is my fault?? Is this the service
that is provided by Aircel to its customers. I wanted to use
Aircel's services but this is where i come through.
I have faced a lot of mental and physical harassment for last 4 days.
On calling the customer care after listening to my problem the lady
with whom i was speaking just disconnected the call. And after this
my phone is not getting connected to the customer care. What kind of service is this???
Now i am going to file a complaint against that Dealer,
the Aircel store and Aircel Company.
My advocate will send a notice for sure.
