I had placed an order(ID-16290430419016256A on 15th Aug 2021 Rs 652.66 with NETMEDS.COM APPLICATION.Payment Mode- Prepaid
Where is my order??No any updates in netmeds account,i connected customer care many times but they are also not giving any updates where is my order.i am irritating for this..my money is blocked for 15 days and i had to buy the medicines from the market by paying cash again.if the company takes such long time to send medicine,than what is the point in ordering online??
