Damage in Sofa Set- No response after completion of six months

A sofa set purchased at Tuticorin Damro Sales Centre before 2 years back. For rectifying the complaint in stitching side even after completed of six months no response till date. While approaching the sales center of Tuticorin they said that, our service engineer is busy with Tirunelveli and some other personnel work. when he comes we will inform to attend the work.

Even approach the customer care no proper response.
It leads to back for purchase of goods from DAMRO Centers. Even though we are a regular customer at Damro Tuticorin, it is regretted to feel purchase of goods from Damro.
