Dear Sir,

I purchased a mobile through AMAZON on July 13, 2016.

*The following are the details of the mobile*:

Moto G4 plus (32GB, black)

Order Id: 402-6271697-3455559

Invoice Number: KA-QSAL-156405371-68865

IMEI- 354115075743433

COST- 14,999/-

I received the product on July 16, 2016. Initially the product was good
later on the mobile is getting too much heat during web surfing and playing
so that even I can’t handle the mobile because of much heat. Sometimes I am
getting head ache because of that radiation after that I called to AMAZON
to return the mobile on august 8, 2016 but they denied and told that within
10 days only they will accept the returns. Then I gave my mobile to
Motorola service centre at Coimbatore on 10/08/2016, the job card no was
CMO/MG/16/00293. In service centre the service was very worst I reached
service centre by 10. 10 AM even though my token number is three they
received my mobile on 11.50 AM and they told that they will update my
mobile through computer then the heat will reduce, after that even though I
contacted several times the service centre people they didn’t responded
properly, sometimes they made me sit for one hour and simply told that
mobile is not ready. Regarding this I made a complaint to Motorola company
also (complaint no: 1600816015987). After that they returned my mobile on
18 august 2016 by saying that everything is good. But the still same
heating issues continuous. In amazon website also so many reviews showing
that the mobile is heating up around 54 degrees Celsius, then I made a
complaint to* JAGO GRAHAK JAGO* on 26 august, 2016 (docket number :9513) .
On their advice finally on 02 august ,2016 again I given my mobile to
Motorola service centre, Coimbatore by facing same worse and slow service ,
the job card no is CMO/MG/160902/003.

From the day I purchased the mobile I faced so many problems even I didn’t
used it properly because of heating issues and low battery backup. Every
time I can’t run to the service centre because these days’ smart phones
became basic need to everyone.

So, kindly please refund my money or replace a new mobile with no heating
issue.
